Overstrand Municipality has appointed a contractor to complete work on the De Bos dam pipeline and the Bosplasie sewerage pipeline that washed away after the recent storms.
The contractor is currently on site and work has started to permanently fix the De Bos dam pipeline and the Hemel & Aarde wellfields pipeline.
On Tuesday, 24 October 2023, work will start on the Bosplasie sewerage pipeline in the Onrus river.
We’re asking everyone to be mindful of their water use so we can make the most of our existing supply.
